Refund Policy

At Tina J Dot Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase handy.

To initiate a return, please contact us at tinajdotart@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and Issues

At Tina J Dot Art, we take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, in the rare event that your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

While we strive to accommodate returns, there are certain items that cannot be returned. This includes custom products, such as special orders or personalized items. If you have any questions or concerns about the eligibility of your specific item for return, please reach out to us for clarification.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Once your return is accepted, you can proceed with the new purchase.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Please retain the receipt or proof of purchase for this purpose.
